Founded by Minnie Isaac

Minnie is passionate about empowering women to find and charge their worth, believing fair pay in the creative world should be an industry standard.

Identifying a need after years of helping her peers raise their rates and format emails to brands during collaboration negotiations, Minnie saw that women would often undercut themselves or not feel confident.

She has now grown to over 10,000 followers and regularly charges thousands for content packages.

Beyond Content Creation and Mentorship, Minnie is on a mission to help build a community where women are able to fulfil their potential and be in safe, happy space.

How We’ve Helped

  • Established Creator

A established Content Creator with a high standard of content had not been paid for any work she had created or posted.

After Media Kit creation and being linked to platforms like Tribe & Vamp, she found regular fair paid work, in the $1000s.

  • Growing UGC Creator

A growing UGC creator was commonly being roped into video content work with intense deliverables for product.

After industry insight, she now charges $300-$400 per UGC video.

  • Large Creator

A large creator was able to almost double their rates and start charging fairly for boosted AD usage after consultation.

  • Large Content Creator

A large Content Creator raised her rates from $600 per reel to $2000 per reel.

  • Content Creator

A Content Creator was able to raise her rates for reel creation from $300 to $800, and raise her AD usage from $50 to $200/monthly.

  • Creator New to Charging

A Content Creator, after some encouragement, set their rates at $1,200 for a content package. The advice they had previously was to set the cost at $300.
